Applause

Applause is primarily the expression of approval by the act of clapping, or striking the palms of the hands together, in order to create noise; generally any expression of approval. Audiences are usually expected to applaud after a performance, such as a musical concert, speech or play. Applause should not be confused to clapping with the rhythm of a song but should have a random, sporadic matter to it.

Bit.Fall

Julius Popp is an artist. He designs amazing scientific machines, which work as sculptures as well. He is setting up one of his pieces in the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum in St Louis: Bit.Fall, a waterfall which can write letters and words.

Reiner Linden has been running 3 Cocktailbars in Cologne, Germany for 15 year. Shortly before his 40th birthday he decides to begin a new life. He sells his Cocktailbars and buys 11 new enduro motorcycles. Now he is offering guided enduro tours in Bosnia and Croatia.

Stay Honest - Haeftling

"Stay Honest”, is the slogan of the Berlin based Haeftling-Label. Producing Jailware since 1806 this 'in
prison' company, started manufacturing their line for resale to non-inmates in a grander scale in 2003. This
idea came from Mr. Stephan Bohle, a marketing specialist with the company “Herr Ledesi”, who valued his
“Haeftling” -sneakers so much he thought others might treasure them as well.

Industrial Abseiler

Holger Nawrocki runs a company for Industrial Abseiling. He and his employees work around the world in placed that can not be reached normally. For instance the highest building in Germany, the TV -Tower in Berlin.

Wakeboarding

Erik Münchmeyer is one of the German Wakeboard-Pionieers. For more than 10 years he is practicing at the Cable-facilty in Velten.
His goal is to win the Masters World Championship in 2008 on the Philippines

Creature Designer

As a little boy Chris Kunzmann fell for the Star-Wars universe and its bizarre characters. He began to model small clay puppets and to built robots from his fantasy world in his room. His mother used to tell him: “You will become something weird when you grow up”. Today Chris is running one of the most successful
special effects companies in Germany.

XMAS XPRESS

What does the rest of the world actually do at Christmas? Oren the Moose and Skip the Reindeer should know this: the two of them are in charge of the Christmas present delivery service Xmas Xpress at the North Pole. Around the clock they await the call from Father Christmas or one of his nternational colleagues, for Christmas is not always Christmas - all over the world people celebrate differently. Right now business is not doing so well, for almost every assignment ends in utter chaos.
